Baseline+ moves beyond assessment to help organisations design a clear and practical improvement roadmap for modern software delivery including recommended workstreams, timelines and indicative implementation cost estimates.

With Baseline+ Assessment our goal is to leave our customers with a practical, cohesive, and comprehensive plan and timeline that can be executed in a structured manner. We ensure that priorities and recommendations are fully understood and qualified.
We can also provide estimates to support the customer’s stakeholder team to carry out the activities in the plan, working side-by-side with the right technical team members on the customers' side.
