Drawn to BlakYaks by its collaborative culture and commitment to developing talent, he joined the SpecOps team to begin building a career in cloud and DevOps.

In the episode, Elliott reflects on what it was like to enter a new industry, sharing his experience of onboarding at BlakYaks, the support and mentorship he received, and how he built confidence in a cloud engineering role.
