BlakYaks named one of the UK’s Best Workplaces for Wellbeing™ 2026
We’re proud to announce that BlakYaks has been named one of the UK’s Best Workplaces for Wellbeing™ 2026 by Great Place To Work®.
This is the first time BlakYaks has been included in the Wellbeing list, with our recognition coming in the medium-sized company category.
The list celebrates organisations whose employees experience high levels of wellbeing at work. Great Place To Work® considers factors including work-life balance, fulfilment, job satisfaction, social support and financial security. Recognition shaped by our team
We have always wanted BlakYaks to be a place where talented people can do meaningful work, take responsibility and continue developing their careers while feeling supported by those around them.
For us, that means creating an environment built on trust, flexibility and open communication. It means giving people the resources and autonomy they need to do their best work, supporting their professional development and making time for the Herd to connect beyond day-to-day customer delivery.

These results reflect several qualities that are central to our culture: trust, autonomy, support and a shared commitment to delivering excellent work for our customers.
